How does it work?

 You have a meeting with one of our talented Recruiters  and supply us with a detailed brief of what you are searching for in a new team member.

​Your dedicated recruiter will research the market, identify and interview potential talent and short list the best people for submission to you.

Successful candidates will then be introduced with a full CV including relevant information around experience, technical skills, salary, availability and motivation for moving.

Once you have reviewed the candidates and decided to move to interview stage your dedicated recruiter will support you throughout the whole process including co-ordinating interview arrangements, managing feedback and assisting with any salary negotiations. Your consultant will work with you closely right up to the day a successful candidate starts with you and beyond!
